It was so great to Host Michael Van de Elzen on Thursday night. He shared his food knowledge and demonstrated, with some young helpers, quick and healthy recipes that children can make from his Good from Scratch cookbook.
Such a great night. Michael gave a great demonstration with the help of many keen young volunteers . Thank you to Te Anau Four Square for the great produce that Michael used.
