Eight of our senior students got to represent the school at the Southland Enviroschool Hui run by Environment Southland at Dolamore Park today. They were able to try out many great activities to advance their environmental knowledge and were able to share our school’s own activities from the past year.
We tried our hands at Lighting a campfire, Making Damper, Building a Bivvy, Crafts- Raft building, Nature Scavenger Hunt, Yabbie Catching and a Team Building Timed Race to put the Tent Up! Done in eight minutes. One of the quickest times.
