It was an awesome day at the Northern Cross Country in Waikaia. Our runners represented Mararoa School with determination, resilience, and great sportsmanship, giving their best effort out on the course.
A huge congratulations to Jack, Toby, Bodhi, Amelia, Luke, Beau, Sam, Arthur, and David for qualifying and competing at this level. We are incredibly proud of the way you challenged yourselves and supported one another throughout the day.
Cross country is never easy, but our tamariki showed perseverance and a positive attitude from start to finish. Thank you to the whānau who travelled to Waikaia to support our runners and cheer them on.
