Our classrooms were buzzing with excitement as we welcomed Dr Sue Galloway and Nessa Legg for a full day of hands-on science.
Students explored the forces that make things move, including gravity, friction and air resistance, before testing their own mini catapults.
They also investigated the difference between physical and chemical changes through a series of fun experiments, with the dramatic elephant toothpaste reaction proving to be a favourite!
The day encouraged students to ask questions, make predictions, measure results and think like real scientists.
