Blueberries

Our School Leaders have been hard at work fundraising over the Summer holidays and also this term. On a very hot weekend this month, some of our leaders and their supportive families picked, packed and delivered 115kgs of blueberries. A huge thank you to Blueberry Country Southland in Otautau, where Jim the Orchard Manager taught the students how to pick the best berries and picked up the trays each hour, so they stayed cool. Also thank you to Simon the General Manager for letting us work for this great fundraising opportunity.
